The door laths will not be rolled upon each other but kept in a certain and space-saving distance from each other by the spiral.

High-speed spiral doors run smoothly without wear thanks to the spiral system and the mechanical principle can handle the challenges of heavy daily operation.

Guide Structure

 

 

1) Hinge Screws: The surface of the screw is coated with Dacromet rust prevention treatment, resulting in better anti-corrosion, and the fixing method of screws and nuts can prevent screws from falling off.

2) Hinge: The hinge is made of high-quality aluminum material with a thickness of 6mm

3) Hinge Shaft: 40# steel is used to ensure strength.

4) Hinge Roller: The bearing is injection molded into the roller, fully wrapped to ensure that the bearing will never detach from the roller.

5) Hinge Shaft Sleeve: The unique shaft sleeve design adopts special materials, with high wear resistance and self-lubrication.

6) Guide Roller: Add guide rollers on the left and right sides of the door panel to control the installation accuracy of the door, thereby ensuring that there is no deviation.

Door panel Double-walled aluminum filled with polyurethane insulation material inside. Special broken bridge design. Thermally insulated.

The lath thickness is 43, 80 mm according to the size of the door or customer request.

Emergency opening

 

Brake release handle.

It’s designed to act as a parking brake when the electrical power is turned off. Remove power to the control panel by placing the disconnect  in the OFF position. Pulling open the brake release handle to be fully extended. Attempt to manually move the door panel.  The door should slide freely and smoothly.

Safety Photo Eyes/Light Curtain(Optional) Photo eyes /Light Curtain act as a safety device to prevent the door from closing if an object or person is within the photo eyes beam.

Anytime the door is closing and the reversing edge the bottom bar makes contact with an object, and the door will move to the fully open position.
